DELIVERY
All orders in Greece are shipped from our company within 4-5 business days, from the day you placed your order. Orders are shipped with ACS and SPEEDEX courier companies and delivered in 4-5 business days. In particular, orders with cash on delivery or deposit are sent by SPEEDEX courier company. Orders in Cyprus and abroad are shipped from the UPS courier company.

You have the right to return the product you received within 15 days without any charge and ask for it to be replaced with another size or other product or even for the refund of your money. For returns within Greece, you will not be charged for shipping costs, provided you use the shipping company that we will show you.
It is possible to cancel your order in the following cases:
a) Before dispatch of the product – Cancellation is possible by telephone at +30 210 7291011 08: 00-14: 00, Monday through Saturday, but also by sending an e-mail to: info@tikitiki.gr
b) After receiving the product, you can exercise your right to withdraw within 15 calendar days of receiving the product. It is clarified that in order to proceed with the free return of the product, the product must be in the best condition received, without any deterioration. Also, the returned product should be accompanied by all the necessary documents you received upon receipt.
If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a refund, you will be refunded the entire amount of money within 10 working days of the date of cancellation of your order by depositing your personal account, after you have been informed by us.
